    This product suits people with no bigger feet than size 5. I cover the whole foot plate. The instructions lacked information regarding turning a button to get the vibrator working it is very stiff and not easy to use. The product has great potential but needs to supply better instructions and an easier button to move for the vibration. I have overcome this by switching off the product at the plug so the next time I use it I get the heat and vibration without the problem of the button. Otherwise I would say it’s a good product.

    It was very good for a few weeks, then the heat and light stopped working. We have returned the faulty one and we have ordered a new one, as the foot message really does make your aching pains gradually goes away.

    It came very quickly value for money, but its extremely noisy and will travel along the floor if you have hard floors when in use ir stays still buy the minute you remove your feet it goes for walkies, it does not have a timer on it so it will just keep going no settings signage so it’s a guess at the timings those are the only changes it needs

It is easy to use and the controls are easy to manage. I know some have complained about lack of instruction in English. I didn’t find this a problem.

    As I suffer with Diabetes Ii, Atrial fibulation, Angina and varicose veins in both legs, I also have a metal hip and am waiting for a replacement knee operation on the opposite leg. I also get ankle and leg swelling, and have found that this great little machine used as instructed twice daily, helps greatly with the bad circulation I had been experiencing, to the point where I am able to walk further and with less discomfort than I had been undergoing previously, with the added feeling of less tiredness!

    The knob to switch this on is almost impossible to use.     hello it did say shiatsu massagebut it didn’t seem to do what I expected,so for me it’s just a vibrating machine,it’s not shiatsu which has little massage pin point each-part of the foot underneath to stimulate certain organs in the body .so I hope this helps

    I bought this item because I have restless leg syndrome and it was keeping me awake at night, since using the foot massager I’ve not had any problems. It was delivered well before the delivery date so I was well impressed. The only snipe I have is that the instructions are all in Chinese, although it is easy enough to use, it would be helpful if the manufacturer also included an English version too.
